This is Horace. Horace has spent a little too much time at the Thirsty Wizard. He enjoys buying 'beers for the boys' only to realize he is way too messed up and cant afford the tab.

Horace gets kicked out from The Thirsty Wizard twice a week. But somehow he always finds his way back in.
