The Egg was cold as a crypt. It was like this since he first touched it. He tried to heat it up with candle light, spells, even the heat of a blackmsith’s forge. No result. But Damien was almost sure a little bit of Sacred Flame could bring the unborn creature in it to life…

He just needs to be very careful around the flame. Vampyres are not exactly fire resistant and Sacred Flame is not exactly a regular fire. But the science must go on. And Damien must know what kind of creature is in the egg.
