The Lore of Lecherous Ghoul Aiko of the Slime Pits

Generative force has its obverse:
the lust that seeks to terrify, destroy
its object. One misapprehends the curse,
partaking in the bright and fleeting joy
of first infatuation. When my ghost
tracks and pursues with spectral wolfish snout
and finds, I manifest as that which most
my prey desires. I hunt their secrets out
and offer them. Imagine their surprise
when, deep inside their fantasy, I find
their silver-threaded soul, and pull. Their eyes
widen a little. In a blink, I bind
them to me, gently lead them as I climb—
willing, they follow me into the slime.
