Jerret of the Steppe and Silus

Jerret is not dead, and he is not for sale but everything else is. While he has considered the idea of selling his own soul he hasn't yet committed to a bag of cash, digital currency or to a Sacred Flame. The payments always seem too good to be true and that is why he is still around. No matter how bad things get or how bearish the world is he has not had to resort to the "Ultimate Sale".

That is enough nonsense talk, let me give you a bit of what I know about Jerret. He was born at the Steppe near the Western Mountains near Mount Titian and the elevated lands West of the Zaros Oasis. The hills rise to the great mountains and the people that live there are quite simple and undistinguished. I do not know how I came to know this about Jarret, maybe it is his name. Ah, yes, his name is quite undistinguished like the people of the Steppe. I do not know if Jerret is able to use magic. He has a classic Red Wizard hat and a very powerful version of nightshade potion. He may buy it, make it or alchemy it, not really sure. His buddy, I mean, Mamba, I guess, friend must be magical as he can talk and is versed in many of the Runiveres native languages. A great interpreter that snake. Silus, is the name of the snake. I know this because the snake shared a pint of ale with me at Tavern in the Black Sands once. Damn snake can outdrink a Kobald in a koolaid contest! Silus is also very venomous. I saw him slip a touch of venom in a rival's mug once. It about killed the poor chap. Jerret had to administer an antidote and pull that snake out of the bar. Oh, that bit about selling his soul, Silus told me that. I think Silus belives that story makes Jerret look like some sort of badass, but really, I think it makes him look desperate. I would like to ask Jerret myself what he means about selling his soul, but I don't want to piss off Silus and get venom in my next beer. '

Oh, one last thing, I know Jerret is involved in some type of Merchant's Guild He collects "treats", "boxes", and other items that he believes will make him a profit in the future. I guess we shall see what the future holds. I am interested in this "Ultimate Sale" and wonder if any other being has sold their soul. Pretty evil stuff if you ask me.

***Entry was completed by Wizard #113 and the author notes that Jerret agreed to accompany Hadrien to the Black Sands to inspect a few Mechaponies that will be going up for sale. Jerrett is especially interested in obtaining a clone of Pony #100 . ** *
